How do I cancel my hosting product or domain?

If you want to cancel your Current Hosting Package, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the Online Billing System, on
  2. Click on "Services" > "My Services"
  3. Click on "View Details" next to the Hosting Packages that you want to cancel.
  4. Now click on "Management Actions" > "Request Cancellation" button at the bottom.
  5. Please supply a reason why you want to cancel the Product
  6. Choose the Cancellation Type, either "Immediate" or "End of Billing Period" - If you still need to copy files from your website, then it's best to choose the "End of Billing Period" option, which will then give you time to backup your website before we delete it from our servers.
  7. Now you need to cancel the domain as well.
  8. Still in the Billing Portal, click on "My Domains"
  9. Click on the "View Details" button next to the domain that you want to cancel.
  10. Click on the "Disable Auto Renew" button
