WebHostingZone has some exciting news. Our datacenter partners in Scranton, USA have setup a new, private suite for us in the Dumore, USA suburb, state of the art datacenter. During off-peak hours of Thursday night, July 18th, and Friday night, July 19th, our staff will be moving servers one by one, by hand to the new location. Servers will be taken down smoothly and carefully one by one and then brought back online, triple checked, and tested via an outside network. We have already setup networking in both places so no client should experience more than one or two hours of downtime as the hardware is en route.
Please note that we will be very busy during this period so your patience is appreciated. Downtime should be minimal and most clients will not even notice it as it happens overnight. No IPs, routes, or anything else will be affected.
The new location will sport upgraded networking, top of the line physical security, and room to grow! We will post the info to our Facebook page and website in the coming days. As always, your business and continued loyalty are appreciated. Please contact us with any questions.
