We are experiencing problems with a network switch in one of the USA data center cabinets, which are affecting some of the USA based websites. The network engineers are going to replace the switch as soon as they can.

UPDATE @ 9:40AM:

The network switch has been replaced but we're still seeing network packet loss to some of the servers. Engineers are busy investigating.

UPDATE @ 10:31AM:

The aggregated gigabit cables we had running had apparently scraped against the brackets under the raised floor when we replaced the switch.   It may go back off for a minute or two as we completely replace those cables but it should come right back.

THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Please open a support ticket if you still exprience any problems related to this incident.
